Luca Kiella Chiellini:

The Caeser of Keys releases his debut project: “Figure it Out”. Luca a native of Volterra, Italy, and longtime keyboard player for Alligator Records’ artist Toronzo Cannon and The Chicago Way, finally brings the focus on his band, with blues infused by soul, gospel and funk. He is proud of his Italian origins, but blues music called him to the United States in his mid-twenties, and he found a new home in Chicago. Luca pays tribute to his biggest influences Jon Cleary and Ray Charles, showcasing his skills on the piano and the Hammond Organ, his instruments of choice. The album expresses the struggles of finding our own identity in life and music. The title track “Figure It Out” is symbolic for the never-ending quest of finding ourselves. In the closing track of the EP, “So Many Questions”, Luca delivers an intimate moment piano and vocals, digging deeper in the story of the journey of the artist.
